Whether you are new to fitness, younger or older, or a seasoned fitness enthusiast or yogi, there is something at Team Wellness for you! While I teach and train to all levels and ages, I specialize in helping women entering the next best chapter of their lives to achieve vibrant health and wellness on this journey called life!
