Thank you for joining me! Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned fitness enthusiast or yogi, there is something at "Team Wellness" for you! We have a great lineup of classes that will give you all aspects of fitness from Strength, Cardio, Dance and Mind Body Yoga! Whether you want to increase strength, endurance or stamina, lose weight or simply feel great, you will get it all in a judgement free zone! I teach to all levels of fitness and provide modifications so everyone can feel their best and achieve their goals! This is more than classes at a gym. We are friends, neighbors and community! - Single Use Pass – Drop-in Rate for occasional class attendee $10 + tax = $10.74 (Cash or Check)

- Bronze Pass (5 visits, expires 2 months after first use) $37 + tax = $39.75 (Cash or Check)

- Silver Pass (10 visits, expires 4 months after first use) $67 + tax = $71.98 (Cash or Check)

- Platinum Pass (15 visits, expires 6 months after first use) $87 + tax = $93.47 (Cash or Check)
